What's on your TBR List? 2024 is the year of releases and I CANNOT wait any longer for these books to drop into my hands on release day. My email is bombarded with pre-order alerts. From Ana Huang to Tessa Bailey, H.D. Carlton dropped the biggest bombshell just as the year was ending. If anyone's read 'The Cat & Mouse Duo', you all know who Molly was and why its such an anticipated read.
So far I have 7 books that I'm dying to read on my TBR with a further 6-8 that I'll be keeping an eye on during my trip to the local Waterstones. Surprisingly, I also have a couple of rom-com's turn movies I'm excited about to.
Anything Ana Huang is on my TBR before she even announces it. With the billionaire steamy books, it really is a no brainer. Now, it was obvious that the first 4 books in the series were revolved around 4 girlfriends (similar to the Twisted Series) but I'm curious to know who's book is after King of Sloth. So, I guess someone in her PR team knows exactly what they're doing.
Tessa Bailey introduced me to Fox, Hannah and the life Westport has to offer. I loved the 'The Bellinger Sisters' duo alongside 'The Vine Mess' duo. Her newest 'Wreck the Halls' was a nice break from a series - the review is up on my blog make sure to check it out to decide if it should or should not be under your tress this Christmas. I've only now started to get into sports romance so I knew as soon as I saw the tropes of hew newest releases that it is going to knock my socks off.
Anything H.D. Carlton is in my basket because if Zade or Addie are in the book for even one page, consider me a melted block of ice.
'Daydream' has been a character book that I have been waiting for since 'Icebreaker' became a phenomenon. 'Wildfire' stole my heart being the most unpredictable book to steal my breath away this 2023 with amping up my expectations for 'Daydream' that much more. With no set release date, I only can imagine what my bank account is going to look like at the end of 2024. I think it has to have been the most asked for spin off book since forever,
Let me know if any of these books are on your TBR but don't forget to let me know if there are any I should keep an eye out for. In other news, a certain book by Lucy Score is coming to the big screens....that's a conversation for another time.
Happy Reading some paper pages.
Vivian.
